The Challenge
Bangladesh's sanitary-ware and tiles distributors were running multi-crore operations on disconnected tools — no real-time view of stock, dealer credit or territory performance, and no shared system of record across sales, fulfillment, finance and HR.

A cloud-native, multi-tenant platform with role-specific workspaces (Order Admin, Stock Manager, Fulfillment, Sales, Accounts, HR, Transport, Marketing, Dealer and B2B Customer portals), granular RBAC and a full audit trail. Covers B2B order workbench with split-orders and contract pricing, real-time multi-store and dealer inventory with barcode generation, manufacturing (BOM, work orders, QC) and procurement (PR → PO → GRN → returns), CRM with payment-reliability scoring and loyalty tiers, finance (chart of accounts, vouchers, check register), and a no-code dashboard/report builder with a custom KPI engine. Native Bangladesh data (Division → District → Upazila).
